well i pulled joh first round again. that's the 2nd time in 3 races this year. i made runner up this time. track sucked big time.
i was spinning in high gear each and every time. i picked up a little each round, but still slower than it's ever been. not sure whats going on. may just be the heat. still not to bad for my little sb 427.

On the spinning in high gear...........I though my highspeed was acting runny, so I plugged it for the last run and it did the same thing, almost like womping the throttle at the strip.........wheel spin baby.

it was that black car with the w/bars that won it. mite have been a geo or something like that. he had a 1.19 60 foot. 5.400 1/8

gonna have to pill it harder in this summertime shitty air, and the track prep dont help either....it was marginal at best last night.

didnt see how Doc did, that 1380 rwhp dyno is impressive, you stick that in a 4000# boat and 5.40's is what you get...........

That Geo was your typical 2400# tube chassis car with huge tires etc.

oh i forgot tell you. doc blew up in the box. it's to bad, he's nice guy, even if he is the enemy. he was in my trailer helping me out just before that round.
