Converter is in!
Installed my new UCC converter. My Grandson (9yrs old) came over Monday night so we jacked up the Ranchero and took the transmission out.
While he was here I showed him how the converter works. I loosened bolts off and he took them out.
I got the car back together last night. Tonight I'll top of the fluid and test drive it on over to our weekly drop in car show.
Still have to set my valves and install the Jomar stud girdles I purchased fron Doug aka Thunderchicken.
I've got a couple family weddings in the next few weeks so I likely won't be at the track until late August to see how the new converter works.
