What brand, material and wall thickness of piston pins are you guys using in your nitrous engines?

The H13 tool steel pins from Trend do a good job...... .185" wall on most cases...depends on the amount of spray.

So , what pin did you deside on?
Re: Wrist Pins For Nitrous Engines
I'm going to go with the Tool steel H13 Trend pins as you suggested. I'll be using up to a 300 shot of spray, is the .185" wall sufficient?

Just caught this.
New Motor is a SBF the Pistons are Diamonds the Wrist pins are actually quite a bit thicker than the .185 wall this is a motor i have been working on for the past couple of years to deal with the power in the class i have been running in. it is a Nitrous Only motor. i am going to the Dyno actually 11/3/2011 I am hoping for over 800hp on motor with N02 fuel. I am just tunning the motor for now for the spray that will be coming soon. LoL I will post some pictures later tonight hope knowbody gets offended since it is just a SBF.

Being that the sbf pin is smaller in dia. a thicker wall yet may be the ticket.
Re: Wrist Pins For Nitrous Engines
Just checked and they are H-13 .200 this is with a .866 pin instead of the standard .902 SBF pin moved some stuff around to get a stronger piston with more compression height. I hope all this stuff works.
