signal light issues (updated)
My daughters 93 Mustang has signal light problems. At first nothing happens for a couple seconds then it takes off flashing super fast like one bulb is out but I checked all the bulbs and they are all working. I also changed out the flasher to see if that would make any difference and it didn't.
Could it be a grounding problem? Surely there would be more then one ground on the whole entire circuit??

Which flasher did you replace?
Was the flasher that you replaced located behind the glovebox?

No it was in the fuse panel. Did I change the wrong one?

Ok I googled it and low and behold it is supposed to be by the glovebox. I'll try that one tomorrow.

Could also be in the switch itself I had one go bad and it acted similar.

It helps when you change out the right flasher. It was the one by the glove box. Thanks a bunch for the help.

Re: signal light issues (updated)
So I changed the flasher and everything worked in the driveway. A couple days later my daughter is going to work and she has no signal lights at all. I did some searching on the WWW and one suggestion was to try the flashers and the signal lights at the same time. The guy never elaborated on why in his post but as soon as we did that the signal lights started working again. WTf? Does anyone know why this would happen? I need to fix the problem properly.

I read somewhere that the turn signals get power from the hazards switch. Pull the hazards switch out and look for a wire that might be pulled out of the plug. The power wire might be orange with a yellow strip. If its not a loose wire, try changing the hazards switch.
