need converter advice

looking to buy a stall converter for c6 trans. its for a mud truck a 1966 international with 1973 ford 429 weiand stealth intake,edlbrock rpm cam,6.72 gears, 44 inch tires and weighs alot. with stock converter its like a slug till its moving then beats good
