This is a short 1200 HP pull on C14 gas.
It is outside the Engine Systems shop late one night.
Poor neighbors...:-)

that does sound bad ass... I think I'll do the swap with whatever heads I use. I guess we can work that in when you spec the cam can't we Lem? And by the way,the pistons you affer from diamond with your part #,what compression are they with the tfs a460 heads?

I had to completely re tune my fuel system because i am over driving the fuel pump , it is drivin / coupled off of the dry sump pump. There was only 30 passes put on that engine last year and i finally got it right , and then the converter issue. I do not buy into the c heads wont run on alcohol or injection for that matter because they will . They may run better with down nozzles but i would say most heads would. Any way you wont ever see me using a carb again done been there and done that.

I am terrible with names but yes i have raced there but only once... I there during a jegs quick 32 deal.. I talked to a guy with a dragster in the series...prob makes me look like a dumbass but i dont remember the name... Was it you? I went to the bottom 5 that nitght and went .003 on the tree and my steering came off when it launched.. Put her in the trailor and havent been back since... How ya been randy???

Well that year i torched the c4 in the 2nd time trial first day loaded up and went home.. Thats a nice race but i havent had any luck at it yet... You got anythingnin the works this winter?? Think the Aheads and the more cubes will putnmy old heep in the teens??

Randy,

I first met Mr. Miller at Chandler Motorsports Park at the Jegs Super Quick Series. I remember his red Maverick well:D Of course I was there with the Lawyer family and Krisse was driving her Ford powered dragster in the Jegs Super Quick Series. I'm thinking that was 2010 and was the year she won the Division 3 championship.

Yes, I was at I-57 (Benton IL) for one of those big two day door car shows with Jack Austin's red Mustang. We were the low qualifying door car that weekend, without any nitrous which pissed some Chevy boys off. Laughing

We're doing a Pro-Filer 205 headed deal for Krisse Lawyer for 2013. Yes, the TFS A-460 heads will put you in the teens. Stan Crum out of central Indiania has got a set I did and is running 4.90's on motor with his yellow '67 Shelby Mustang. Of course a step up from the A-460 heads are the C-460 heads,,,,so make your pick.

Only thing i am changing is new wheelie bars and higher gears. Very Happy

It was flat doing some snowing last week when Blake (idt572) and i came thru your stomping grounds coming back from schmitty's . Surprised

Lots of snow still hanging in here to... No need to pass through my stomping grounds without stopping in.. What gears are you looking for?? I got two sets with 10 passes on em...

Charlie... I do remember talking with you that day and i apologize for not remembring your name...you were suprised then that my car had the bt heads on it(but i think you still liked the old girl). We talked about Aheads then.. I have considerd the Cs but I think the As will be a good fit for me...Nevs shipped me his intake and dizzy today...Had another call on my heads today.... Getting closer... Next time you come to i57 let me no..Im not as hard to get along with as they say
