That's cool videos ! I wish they did the mud racing here in TN than the mud bog !

That is nice Rob! It's a pretty cool to watch these guys dirt/mud racing around here in Tn. I just wished there were more races like that,

You guys need to come out here on Labor day weekend and watch our season end 2 day race. It's in north central Nebraska, and a lot of fun to hang out and watch some of the best trucks in the mid west.

What are you doing June 22nd? We put on a race in Clayton, NM. Payouts are pretty good, rules and flyers are on batcaveracing.com

Clayton is about 8hrs away according to Mapquest. That's an aweful long haul for that time of year for me. I do like going to different places to race, and maybe we will get some rain, and you never know, I might need a reason to road trip. Besides I could stop by Coug's place and kick him in the seat of his pants just to make sure he is still alive.

Cool, we're also putting on a race for the August 3rd XIT weekend in Dalhart, TX and then again September 28th in Clayton with a higher pay out then the June race.

Definately won't make the Aug 3rd deal, that is Sturgis SD race, and end of Sep, I will be full swing harvesting beans.

Nice runs, what class are you running? Where those paddle tires?

The truck is set up for our Modified class. Other organizations call it Pro Stock. The tires are cut 44" Boggers in the rear and cut TSL's on the front.

No grass growing under them tires lol great runs.

Are you manually shifting your truck, or do you have some kind of rpm activated shift?

I've got an air shifter in it now. It's a Cheetah shifter with an ACD controller. http://www.acddragparts.com/1401.html

Is it faster for you to run all three gears?

I'm not sure if it's faster, but it's very competitive in the class.
