Tore,i have very little experience w/clevelands.but,i think they are external balance.

Same Balance as early 302 and the 351w.

Factory they are externally balanced, if I remember correctly it's something around 29 oz, a little different that the same year 302.

Jegs summit racing and the parts stores all list the same part number for 351c ,351w and early 302. 28oz.

The 302 and 351W are externally balanced too ! The difference is trans type fmx,C6,c4.
