Simply not enough information for an educated recommendation.

headers, (sizes) or manifolds...?  Open exhaust...? Mufflers, (what sizes)...?  Usage of the vehicle 80% of the time...?
Compression ratio...?
Maintenance schedule...?

A fitting recommendation for something used only at Wide Open Throttle might be absolutely terrible at every other throttle opening.

Is this vehicle being "fun to drive" important or is maximum acceleration all that matters...?

Personally, I think you should have something custom made directly for your application ... you don't seem to need it tomorrow, LOL.

You really could benefit a lot from something custom ground however, the catalog grind I would use is a Lunati #61603; ("out of the box" Edelbrock heads should be able to accept that much lift).

268/276@.005" - 227/233@.050" - .552"/.564" valve lift - 110 separation; +4 @106 intake centerline.

I hope you don't have power brakes because it will be marginal after one application of the brake pedal.
