A very few of the 1972 429 police cars had 4 bolt blocks.

The only reason I know this is because I owned one.

What is it worth is a pretty open-ended question....what do you want it for, my guess is a race engine, it is worth much less to you than the missing engine resto looking for a period correct block, not as good as available aftermarket, but I commend you for wanting to be fair but in reality ...like I believe The Coug said, it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Come to find out... the person wants $1500 firm and its lightly rustys .. so it needs works... I'm laughed... not for me...
