I plan on a few subtle changes to the truck... I was thinkin' on doin' a full tube chassis for it, but it works so well the way it is, and it's certified to 8.50 too... Soooooo, I have a few things up my sleeve that I'm gonna try and get done before April...

Well,
Totally new engine. Ported P-51's, aftermarket block. Ky told me to add wheelie bars and a chute, so those are going on also.
Got a big shot plate to put on it that I have had for a while, never used because of the stock block. If the car works ok I may spray at the Bash
I also have a wing to add to the rear.
This one is going on the dyno. will report later.

Gonna put a 545ci in a 91' Crown VIc. I am just gonna go from there. Plans are to be a street/strip, but if I get a wild hair up my rear, I am thinking of later putting a backhalf together in it. But for right now, just a street sleeper. Starting right on the project in a month.

I'm gonna put a stick of TNT in the Ranger....
and build a BBF fox body so me and my 2 boys can all go for a ride together. Got a line on an '83 GT that is fairly local thanks to the Coug.
Can't wait to go drag it home!

Sending a 1964 Mercury Comet to the acid dip tank within 2 months. Looks like a tube chassis and a big O Hemi under the hood!
This will be my first strut car I have built. Last one was a Mustang 11 conversion.

My goal is to swap the motor and trans in this winter. I will only be for Friday night street fights at the local track. Gonna do my best to put the other cars to shame. I will document the build the best I can. Hope to get some ideas rolling. You should see the trunk space for a bottle. I was inspired by Doug's nuclear banana truck. A big full size truck moving down that track. Don't see that often.

Re: Winter Build Plans Anyone??
I hope to have no major projects this winter. Just want to relax for a change. Still have a little racing to do though. Twin $5K's here the weekend after Thanksgiving if the weather is good.
Last year I was gathering/prepping parts for the new engine. Made untold number of trips back and forth to the machine shop.
Year before last I started with a bare chassis and built the car from the ground up. Lot's of work.
About the only thing planned this winter is to add some spring tabs to my header collectors and then send the headers to Nitro Plate for a recoat.
Might build a generator mount for the tongue of my trailer. That's about it.
