Looking to buy a pump for my PG. It's the only thing left that's stock... Was leaning towards a pump from BTE. Any suggestions?

we are and ATI dealer. There pump is pretty awesome. Have also run the JW. decent product. BUT its not really needed. We run 7 second Top Sportsman car and we have a stock pump. We just replace the stator with a pinned ringless input deal. save your cash unless you have 1600PH.

If you have an issue with the car rolling in the beams. or if you are slipping a clutch. look into your clutch pack clearance, or upgrading your valve body.

BTE used to sell the half with the bolt in stator tube which was awesome, now they just offer a complete pump which Ive used in several builds w no issues.

Thanks. Just looking to really upgrade the stator support and be able to go ringless...

But it came with a ringed shaft and I stuck a ringless BTE shaft in it and had no issues. ??

I'd have to pull it apart to see if the stator support is welded or bolted.

If its gonna see any street duty run a ring style shaft, if not then the ringless is fine, make sure the bushing is in the end of the stator tube though or it can have converter charge issues.

Usually you can just look into to gear cavity from the outside where the hub seal is and see the tube is pinned/bolted or not

Will I be able to see the bushing as well?  It'll just be a strip deal for now. Does it need the bushing regardless if it's ringless or not?
