2,3,or 4 speed that is the question

Currently I'm sitting on a three transmissions a glide,c6 and a 4r70w only one i have any money it to so far is the 4r70w. I'd like to free up some space in the garage and not sure which one to build and use. Cars going to be a baby for now, 466 just going 30 over dome pistons should be a touch over 10:1,ported d3ve head,mild cam and torker2 intake. rear ends a 8.8 31 splined with 3.27  running a 28 10.5. weight should check in around 3200-3300 with me in her. she'll see a lot of street time but also a lot of track time as I'm 15 minutes from my local track. so i really need a best of both worlds. Down the road i'd like to go turbo built bottom end on e85. hope i gave enough info to get some help if I've left anything out please ask and thanks for any help.

never mind after reading post after post for two days i'm going glide

Glide would be my choice plus it is lighter than the other 2 plus only 1 shift and let her eat
