rod bolt stretch gauge
Looking to pick up a rod bolt stretch gauge & it seems there are a lot of them out there. There are some that only read to .001 which is not accurate enough i.m.o. ARP makes a billet one that looks well made but measures to .0005; but would prefer .0001 accuracy.
Anyone have any suggestions?

There is quite a bit of space in between the marks on the ARP gauge, it is the one to use, just make sure you follow the directions if you want repeatable results.

.0001 not really necessary for rod bolts. .0005 would be perfectly fine.
