tick flow power port intake

my cylinder heads are 1970 ford motor sport heads .. i was told trick flow power sport intake would work on my heads  ??  i was told also trick flow used to make these heads  many years ago ?

Which "Power Port" intake ?

If you are referring to A460 then the intakes will interchange; though different design.
The A460 heads which Trick Flow manufactured for Ford have differences to what they manufacture for themselves today.

heads are m-6049-a460 intake valve 2.350 exhaust is 1.935 ... current intake is 9424-a460 .... i would like to up grade intake to tfs 5440011 or tfs 53400112 which tfs will work first one 54400111 says powerport a460 heads.. ????? a friend told me 54400111 should work on my a460 head m-6049-a460 ... just checking with you guys ????

It all depends upon how you define an "upgrade".  The TFS A460 intake TFS-54400111 will make more power above about 6,000 RPM and less below that RPM.  All other numbers are NOT manifolds for the A460 heads.

It is a lot taller at over 8 1/2 inches.

I don't believe the TFS heads came out until about 1984 before they were branded as Ford Motorsport and then went back to TFS branding unless I'm mistaken; do you have casting #'s?
