Meziere racing Customer service.

So the water pump I purchased in 2003 I sent in to get checked out during the off season. (This pump has been on 4 engines)

This pump has been flawless since 2003. A representative from the service department called me. I explained that there was no real issue with the pump, No leaks
or bearings grinding. The pump just seemed a touch louder. They inspected the pump called me back and agreed with me. They further said that
I could probably get a few more seasons out of it if I didn't want to spend the extra cash right now.(WOW)

I told them to go ahead and replace all the bearings and seals I would rather play it safe than have a problem during a race. They replaced everything, put it on a pump dyno, and shipped it out right back out, and sent me a tracking number and receipt in my E-Mail. The price was quite reasonable too.

We always bitch about companies that treat us wrong. I wanted to compliment MEZIERE for a job well done!
