My quest for greatness
Hi my name is Charles, believe it or not I had a BBF in a mustang about 13 or 14 years ago and man what a torque monster it was but I had to let it go. So 2 years ago I had a 482 BBF w/power glide that ran 10.00s-9.90s. I am now trying to break in the 8's. I have a 89 mustang coupe,500 plus cube BBF with TFS a460 heads, ultra block, power glide,8.8 rear end, you know all the goodies that go on a race car. Here are some pics-
more pics will follow later.

Re: My quest for greatness
Yeah I think before I'm done I'll end up with the danny boy deal By the way did you have to get the IW dampner honed to fit ur crank or rather did lem and the crew have to do it? Or did it go right on?bruno wrote:Hey Charles give Lem a call ..... he needs to bill you for a danny bee and a inovators west dampner ..... btw she looks sweet

As far as fogger nozzles, I was thinking of using the N.O.S pro race deal. Any thoughts on that?

honestly i would talk to steve johnson from Induction-Solutions he can set up up with a baseline tune and flow the fogger for you ...the most importatnt aspect of Steve is his 24/7 service

From the looks of your car, it's pretty easy to tell this is no budget build! Very !

Re: My quest for greatness
quite the opposite, atleast it started off as a budget build. You know how this stuff snow balls. I started out just wanting a 557 with p-51's and maybe some nos. Well you see how well that worked out. This build started last march of 2008 and it looks like another year is gonna pass me by I don't think I can go this whole winter wondering what my car will run, I'm gonna go crazy.GTmustang wrote:From the looks of your car, it's pretty easy to tell this is no budget build!
