Picked up a 1977 F350 hauler
Added another 460 to our family. Going to use it to haul my 1977 Pinto drag car. F350 Ranger XLT Camper Special, 2WD, 460, C6 & Dana 70. What brand headers do you folks recommend? Any awesome (like this one) forums for these trucks? Also, which catalogs should I use for parts (weatherstripping, trim, etc.) I already sent for a LMC and MAC catalog. Thanks in advance.

Very nice truck Budman! as for catalogs..I only use LMC as a reference....way to expensive!!!! I used Autokrafters....I don't think ACME truck parts will have anything for your truck, but check them out.

Thanks for the compliments and the sources for more catalogs. I also need to find an original style rear bumper for it and raise the hitch up to near normal.

I've bought stuff from these guys. http://www.classicautopartsgroup.com/ You might check them out. I've got a 79 F250 Regular Cab w/460 that I pull my race car with. That's a real sweetheart you found there.

That is a sweet truck. My dad had a 79 like that. I had a set of Coyote headers on my 79 and they fit like a glove. They were a Hooker of brand and they are not around anymore.

That is a beautiful truck! I spent $26,000 to get my last one in that shape. This is where I buy most of my parts anymore when I can not find NOS. http://www.dennis-carpenter.com/trucks.php They have bought most of the original ford tooling and do a really good job of quality control.

I bought the weather stripping, carpet, and dash pad overlay for my 69f100 from J C Whitney lot cheaper than I could get from LMC or others.
