looking for a carb

I am looking for a 1050, I don't want an old one and don't want one that's beat to crap either 
! Already had one of those sent to me! I don't even care if it needs to be rebuilt would prefer that so I know what is for sure. 
I am looking to see what's out there, and for a decent price? Dan

My brother drives a log truck during the week, so he can't respond too quickly. But thanks for the offers guys, but he's looking for a gas carb.
