Got the car back yesterday

We got the car back today. We got headers built to fit the new A heads. We also had the front suspension dropped 1in switch raised the car 1inch in the front to give us more room to load and unload the car in the trailer. Now it's time to clean and was everything to get ready to put back together. But first we have to repaint the front half of the chassis in Imron. We still have to put the motor together.

Sweeeet ride!! The headers look great, they had quite a few things to work around!!

This is unrelated, but is all of that paint or is that a decal on the car? I like what you've done with it.

Just trying to help,,,,but I think you need to do some serious grinding on the header flanges before they are coated. Before you take them off, install spark plugs and make sure you can R&R them AND have wrenching clearance,,i.e. socket and ratchet. Tell Robert I said hello.

I hope to have it painted next week. Monday or Tuesday. I only get to work on it two days a week and only once this week. We will start putting the motor together next week. The crank has already been fitted and in the block. Headers should be back next week from NitroPlate.

Thats the best lookin M2 i've seen.Pretty paint and has a good stance. You made the best choice of header coaters.NitroPlate is second to none.They WILL be beautiful. How big will the engine be?

We had the head on checking pushrod length so we threw the other head on to see how the Intake fits.

Its a little much for the stock block, but we'll deal with it until some cash falls from the sky for a good block, then i'll "GET AFTER IT"

So if anyone has an A460 block or someone across one let me know. I also need a Vacuum pump.

Nice job on the headers. They are tucked-up nicely and the design looks great.

looks great. Are you using a special high heat paint on it ?

Just Imron paint. That's what we paint all of are motors with.

Good to know. Ive always painted my block black or Ford blue because i thought that anything else would burn off.
