Al back in 86 I had a sharp looking 82 EXP with keystone classics on it.I would have loved to still had it when I started my ranger I would have built it instead of the ranger.I like the earlier model with the bug eyed headlights not the Escort EXP model.I think they are cool little cars.

FYI, Hairy Glass makes the early frog-eye front end. The Escort Exp isnt a bad looking car either. Only thing the 86=88 models have a taller windsheild and doors. So the glass and doors wont fit a early body. Been researching them.

AND YES, I'M LOOKING FOR ONE Anyone have a bare body for one?, or bones? Gonna keep the Maverick for Graham.
A Mercury LN7 would be okay too.

is that glass frontend longer than stock? dam i'd not want to drive a fast exp with the std wheelbase.

Al I haven't seen one around herein years but will keep a eye out for one

I think so Gordon. I dont know how much. Ive been trying to get in touch with people running them. There were some at Norwalk, but I wasnt looking for one then

There's a red escort exp on the way to daycare here in Murray. I can get some pics. I looked at it, prolly be a good tube chassis candidate.

Hey Al. I'll try and get up and get those pics today. Been busy workin' on my neighbor's dad's truck. He wants me to build a sbc for it. Except for the last couple of days, I was up in the elk woods tryin' to stick a bull with the bow. I'll call ya as soon as I get the pics.
