What do you guys think??
I have a BBF around 9:8:1 compression and looking to see what you guys think what kind of timing would need to be pulled when spraying? Also, with this compression what at the minimum on octane would you run when spraying this compression ratio? I personally feel 110 may be a bit too much, but chime in and tell me your opinions. My ears are open. I'm looking to spray around 150-225 shot.

I don't think 110 octane is to much.. I feel octane is your friend with nitrous.. Also what plug are you going to run ?? SJ

AUTOLIGHT 124!!! These are about the only autolight plugs you can use on spray. Unless there is a colder plug by this brand that I dont know about that fits casts heads.

Maybe Autolite ar33 or ar32? the 32's are the coldest of those two.

Re: What do you guys think??
You must have D0VE heads. I use autolite 124s in my D0VE headed combo also. There isnt alot available for that head without inserts, and thats about as cold as your going to get. I have sprayed a 110 squared with no problems with them so you should be fine.
Re: What do you guys think??
He cant use those without adapters.whatbumper wrote:1Bad91 wrote:res0rli9 wrote:1Bad91 wrote:Heat range? You mean what exact plug I'm using? I'm confused...lol

So the 124's are the coldest plug i could use, unless I went with an adapter? What would be the advantages going with a colder plug?

I don't use any of these but why is an adaptor needed? Am I missing something here?

Re: What do you guys think??
but your information above is greatly appreciated. I did not know about them plugs. SHould I be running them plugs instead of the 124's, or would it not make any difference? I'm new to this NO2 stuff and looking for all the knowledge possible. I like to know all the pros and cons because NO2 is probably what I will always be running for pwr adder. Everybody helping is awesome. Thanks a bunch.

Re: What do you guys think??
I dont know where that info came from, but I dont think those plugs will not work in your cylinder head without adapters. Autolite lists them as a 13/16hex, but I think I ordered them a long time ago for my D0VE headed motor and they were standard 5/8 hex similar to the 3932. I could be wrong though.

that was from www.autolitesparkplugs.com website. that's why I asked what the difference was. I use and sell ngk so i am not that familiar with the autolites anymore.

Re: What do you guys think??
I myself think the 124s are fine for the HP levels your spraying. Like I said earlier Ive sprayed 110 squared with 124s and D0VE heads and never had ANY issues.
Re: What do you guys think??
when you say 110 squared your talking 55N and 55F? What kind of shot is that?
