Re: NOS and the BBF
I think a bbf especially one 600 cubic inches that may be about right my sbf runs 6.60 on motor 5.80-5.85 on a 250 hit .80 differance your .60 differance with 200 more cubic inches. you probbaly are not spraying a true 250 with a 28 pill you probbaly need a 30 to spray a true 250 on that many cubic inches. probbaly pick up some in the 60 but with small tires that is the same issue i am fighting.

Without a timer or progressor we used the 7530 window switch to turn it on at 3800rpm which was about 30 ft out it started at a 5.62 and after tuning through the night we landed a 5.49 on the last run. In the semi's you will see when we went down on the throttle it almost died and that killed our et but watch the passes if you don't care.

Yea lol. We weren't allowed to use them except in open time runs. During qualifying and eliminations it was a no no.

Re: NOS and the BBF
ok now dont laugh guys .... this is a 562" edelbrock cj heads with a 125hp plate this pass was at 1/2 throttle , the gas pedal was giving us fits all night and we wanted to make a spray pass so we came off the t-brake on motor and it slowly engaged the nos switch ( we raised the microswitch up with washers ) i know that was a bad idea , but here is a video of the pass ....hopefully i can get her to run some #'s wheni turn on the fogger !!!

Yea I think I am coming. I have been reading the forums about where they dumped Elk Creek that is too funny lol. I have joined the forums but they have to approve me before posting. Looks like a good race, I would have went before now but they used to have it dot only I thought. Donb has raced with us at Crossville and he is on the forum I stay on as well www.racethis.com he said he didn't know if he would make the race or not but if I can get some of my crew to go I will be there.

Also we have a buddy that runs close to the same engine as I do that races some of the KOTS events, Nick Yarber. His has a little more stroke than mine but there basicly the same motor but he has way more knowledge and power than I do lol.

Oh yea!!! We are still getting faster every time out and stepping up the tune little by little. We went 9.17 on motor last weekend with a 3.70 gear 3240#'s and a converter that only flashes 3900 lol. We have been 5.46@130 1/8th with a 28/24 delayed .3 progressing it at 5% to 100% in 2.5 seconds. We are working on the suspension as we can't keep the front end down lol. She will be in the 5.0's next year I think on the 28X10.5.
