Is anybody running a mechanical water pump with 800 plus hp, 14:1cr drag only ? What about with the electric drive motor?

I use the Meziere electric pump on my 557. I have used a stock pump with a Moroso elec. motor drive with O/D pulley on a 514 that made 725-750 hp.

557 mazda runs one on his 557 bbf he has 14:5 cr works fine on his

ok thats great. I was thinking maybe a mechanical high volume pump with the electric drive motor. What do you think?

That is what I have on mine but it does not have that much compression it is only about 9:5 460 with dove-c heads with around 500 to 525 hp I have the larger drive pulley on mine witch turns the pump faster it runs around 190*.
