Smart Coon dog joke

There was these guys setting at a local restaurant bsing and such and one of the guys kept on bragging on how smart his coon dog was.

Finally one of the guys said I have heard so much about this coon dog lets go hunting and you prove it to me how smart he is.

The guy says ok , so they go off hunting one night and the dog trees real fast.
They get to the dog and he is barking with one paw on the tree , they shine the tree and one coon is up there so they shoot it and continue on hunting.

The dog trees again a short while later and when they walk up on the dog he is barking with two paws on the tree, the guys says let me guess this dog is so smart he has 2 paws on the tree so there is two coons up there , the other guys says well lets see and shines the light up there and there is 2 coons up there so they shoot them and continue on hunting.

The dog trees a long way away from them the next time and it takes them a while to get to him and when they finally get there the dog is laying on his back barking with all 4 paws in the air , his pecker sticking out , and his tail stuck up his butt.

The guy says let me guess there are 4 coons up the tree this time , the dog owner says well kinda , the dog is saying there are 4 coons in the tree, but we screwed around so long getting here that they have already crawled in the hole in the tree.
