Kevko F303 pan for 521 dyno engine
Building a 521 for some dyno testing. First time I've built this combination. I decided to go with a Kevko F303 box oil pan since it looked like it would be a good dyno pan. Nice and big, has a windage tray and the price was right. Engine doesn't have a vacuum pump on it at the moment since I'm hoping that the deep pan will help keep the oil out of the way. I can add a pump down the road to see if it makes a difference.
I also used the Kaase pump due to the recommendation from the engine builder. He said that he had seen other pumps crack in these types of engines.

The Trick Flow "mafia" intake is back in stock. Just got one today. So now I'm ready to hit the dyno and see what this 521 will do.

I'd be happy with 850 hp. Engine has Mahle flat top pistons, CR is around 13.2 calculated. We didn't pour it but it should be close to that. I'm using the Kaase K1 camshaft with T&D 1.75 rockers. My first BBF build so it has been a bit of a learning experience.

I was able to fit a vacuum pump to the engine so I think we're ready to hit the dyno. Just need to wait for an open time slot.
