Those Cobra Jets with the scj option are increadable, a friend of mine is going down to pick up his the week after next. He already has a 2010 with the same setup that has ran 9.1 in calgary on secret street night and the traction was horrible so it will most likley dip into the high 8s on a prepped track on a warm day. And it does that with power windows which makes people just shake their heads and laugh.

I saw that 9.1 run in Calgary
He tried stepping it up but the track prep wouldn't hold it that night.

Look at some of the passes this thing has made. Obviously, on a good tune-up.

I think I'd have one. Just as soon as I win the lottery. With a pricetag of $123,000.00, I'm thinkin' I'd get more in this deal than a fast car. Like DIVORCE PAPERS!!!

I did talk to a guy from Idaho last year at our 1/8 mile track, that has an '08 Cobra Jet. He said there's like a 2-3 hour interview with the guys at Ford, just to see if you're quilfied to buy it.

Not to make light of the 123 thou. price tag but i remember when we were at the track with the cobra jet there was a guy there that had a brand new camaro that he had put a 454 ls, all alluminum motor into and a bunch of other work and he had spent 97 thou. on it and it ran 11.5 that night so the cobra jet price is pretty good comparing it to that.

Oh, I see no problem myself with puttin' up the cash for that car. (If I had it that is) It's the other half don't'cha know... I've sneeked quite a few things by her in the past, but this one would be a little more difficult.

there was 2 of them Friday night at tnt in Tulsa..lone red the other white...both ran low 9's... 9.08--9.13 side by side...those are sweet cars
