Spring Fling 20's Live Feed

Live feed fom the big race at Bristol this weekend. Roy St. Dennis in a T-Bird was R/U at the warm up race on Thurs. Don't know if it's Ford powered or not. Over 300 cars there yesterday and they are keeping door cars and piperacks seperate for 3 or 4 rounds. They are racing 1000 ft. These guys ain't playing. I don't know how many .00 packages I saw on thurs.

Our local buys bowed up on the mountain today! 2 Greer cars in the final of the first 20K. Kevin Brannon for the win and Shane Maddox in his 598 BBF dragster for the R/U! Congrats guys!

We had a few local hitters make their way down to it....don't think anyone did any good though. I was glad to see the big car count for the 1000' racing...I'd like to see more of it myself. I got to watch some of it Friday and again yesterday....looked like most cars were just as deadly to 1000' as they are to the 1/8. If they are gonna stay with the 1000' format, that might be a race I plan on trying to make next year.
