there is 2 homes on the property and a huged concrete block barn that used to be a milker for the cows ...... the property still has 18 cows and a donkey , the barn just needs to be cleaned and is going to make a great storage for the movers , gocarts and crap so the racecar and the z project will be in the garage ....

Re: moving out of suburbia ....
Nick is moving out to "Green Acres". Happy for you bud. I can't stand living in a town of even 5500, too crowded. In my 41 years of life I've lived in a town for less than two years, and have no regrets. BTW them cows will need to be milked twice a day, and fed twice a day, and the bulls really don't like to be milked LOL.

Nick if you out in the paster don't go off and leave your window down them there cows will eat the seat covers off your new seats. DON'T ask how I know a cow will tear up a seat in a truck

i would say between 2,000 to 200,000 per acre , the closer you get to Lake Martin the higher it goes , ive even seen property on the lake for 1/2 to 3/4 of a million per acre

Maybe even "udderly".
Nick, I'm going to start calling you Oliver Wendell Bruno now. I know where there is a slightly used pitchfork you can have with plenty of experience.

Re: moving out of suburbia ....
Udder of a cowAn udder is an organ formed of the mammary glands of female quadruped mammals, especially ruminants such as cattle, goats, sheep and deer. The udder is a single mass hanging beneath the animal, consisting of pairs of mammary glands. In cattle there are normally two pairs, in sheep, goats and deer there is one pair, and in some animals such as pigs there are many pairs.
Udder care and hygiene in cows is important in milking, aiding uninterrupted and untainted milk production, and preventing mastitis. Products exist to soothe the chapped skin of the udder. This helps prevent bacterial infection, and reduces irritation during milking by the cups, and so the cow is less likely to kick the cups off.
Re: moving out of suburbia ....
In case anyone wants/needs to know.........they are not "tits" they teats are, relative to the female cow.
Re: moving out of suburbia ....
Lem must be a cowman deep down. I saw the farming side behind the Ford dealership, but didn't know of his bovine knowlege until now. If you want I can send out one of my old Stetsons for trade on that new Cometic cap.

I think this is the longest post I've ever seen Lem type. Maybe he knows even more about udders than big block fords.
