Trip to KY
Sorry about not getting the info out on the trip to KY for the dyno session this time, but had to get busy with the hay as soon as I got home. Went out there on Tuesday last week. Randy spent most of Wednesday putting everything back together and he was able to get a few pulls in with a small carb to get some initial data and start seating the rings. Even with a small 1050 carb this thing was making some REAL power. Thursday we bolted on the big carb and layed down the final tune and got it done. Had a ball hanging out with everyone out there. A big thanks to Randy, Lem, Blake, Charlie, Mike Phillips, and Bobby S. Those guys are a real riot to hang out with. I was able to meet Lawes, and Livermore Dave aslo. Thanks for the new Cometic cap Lem, and thanks for going the extra mile on my engine to Randy. I had a little extra time and went down to Livermore and visit BF Evans Ford, met Shawn finally and put a face to a voice on the phone. Almost left with a twin to the new Bruno mobile. All in all a great trip and a fun time with a lot of great guys. I will get the pics up when I get a chance.

It's always good to see one of our BBF brothers, and it was certainly nice to visit with you Rob. I'm glad you had a safe trip back.

Caught Lem in the act. Houston may have a problem, but the Livermore Kid has everything under control in KY.

Re: Trip to KY
My passport was confiscated at the border on my last trip to KY.
They caught me with bootleg BBF parts and a jar of Fisher's pickled bologna.

I'm sorry I sat in your seat, I didn't know they were assigned. I also sat upon the Snake's throne, and it'll never be the same again.

Was getting taken out behind the woodshed for sitting on the Snake Throne. Did Snake hook you up with some brakes for that ride of yours? We had a conversation on what I used and he said you were looking for the same thing.

Indeed quite the assortment of parts to make a Ford go fast. It was a fast trip through, so not much time to take pictures, besides I was busy visiting with Lem and Blake and laughing my backside off. Them guys crack me up.
