new crank!!
My New Bryant Billet 5.300 stroke crank showed up today for my 712 !!!

couldn't sleep !! had to go back to the shop and measure the crank and hang a rod and piston on it to see if my math was right !!! and it fits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

with a 5.300 stroke and a 4.625 bore and a 7.190 rod with a 1.350 compression height flat top piston with unmolested valve reliefs makes 14.5 -1 and I'd like to be 13.5 - 13.8 to 1 (some massaging on the Valve reliefs will get us there) for all the nitrous were going to throw( 4 -300hp kits) at this motor . it's sure as hell will make the car run !!!!! HARD in the top end!!!! 2250 hp will do that!!!

that's my intention Schmitty , this Bad boy should run Hard!!!! Kaase said it my be a tad hard on valve springs with the 1.060 lift cam thou!!
