I assume the manifold is already installed.......so you may want to use the valve cover.

same side as the outlet to the pump or the other cover?

I use a simple barb fitting on opposite vc from the vac pump fitting. Drilled/tapped 1/8 npt. It's got a rubber cap on it in this pic at the rear of the vc.
Re: crankcase vacuum
if you have the moroso pump and valve you may need to screw the top off and remove some shims to get vac where you need it.check the moroso site out for instructions on it,best thing i found.i put a plug in my pass v/c with the guage hooked to it,set the psi at idle, then the valve will top out at what ever you have it set at.depends on what ratio you drive it and how much c/c psi you have.Larry Williams wrote:Lem Evans wrote:I put a 1/8" or 1/4" NPT port in the floor of the manifold.

Or you can contact Mike Stevens (aka Quarter Warrior) and get one of those trick fuel pump block off plates with fitting that his Dad had made, I believe it includes a baffle. I think Mike has a box full of them.
