What plug gap?
I' m using the Autolite 3924 plugs and running a 94 octane 10% ethanol fuel.
What gap would be optimum with our DA of 5500 ft.?
My complete build:
D1VE block with Hyghflow Dynamics http://www.highflowdynamics.com/ block and oiling mods, bored .060" over, ARP main and head studs.
Stock internally balanced crank
Eagle H beam rods, stock length
Diamond flat top pistons http://www.bfevansraceparts.com/
Balanced reciprocating system
Clevite 77 main and rod bearings
extra wide cam bearings http://www.bfevansraceparts.com/
Kaase oil pump http://www.bfevansraceparts.com/
ARP oil pump drive shaft
windage tray
crank scraper
Kaase P51 heads c/w roller springs and titanium retainers, out of the box non ported http://www.bfevansraceparts.com/
Smith Brothers 3/8" push rods
Comp solid roller lifters
Comp cam #34-710-9, 110 degree LSA, duration 262/262 degrees @ .050", .663/.663" valve lift, double pinned
Comp stainless roller rockers - 1.7 ratio
JP Performance roller timing chain
Edelbrock Victor intake, worked on in the plenum
1000 cfm HP series Holley carb
MSD distributor and 6AL ignition
Meziere electric water pump
Mid 90's Taurus smog pump for crank case evacuation
Hooker 6115's - 1 7/8" primaries, 3 1/2" collectors
Thanks

Re: What plug gap?
I use an Edelbrock Victor too. I gap my plugs in the .035" to .040" range.

The best gap to run is the smallest gap you can run without inducing a miss at idle.
If the plug will ignite the fuel when the cylinder density is at its lowest then it will ignite the mixture that is richer and more dense at wide open throttle without building too much voltage that destroys plugs, wires cap, and rotor.
