Looks good Lem, can't wait too see the numbers it puts up.
A big thanks to Lem and Phillip on this.
It's gonna look better after Mark gets it in the car.

Now that i think about it...maybe it'd be a time to do the two engines back to back
After the 547" SCJ thing ran as quick as 4.89 last fall persons were throwing numbers around 850 - 900 HP........which I do not believe.
Unported FRPP SCJ and a gasket matched Victor.......I suspect a little over 800 hp....we shall see. It's just a thing that wants to run
Re: Ugly engine at Phillip's
hell.........no more time than you spend at work you should get it done.Lem Evans wrote:rmcomprandy wrote:Jeez Lem ... is that the engine you had put together for Morgan's dragster...?

I spend most of my time on hold while people look for their flow numbers
Re: Ugly engine at Phillip's
Just received the dyno sheet and pics from Lem but I can't post them. Hopefully Lem can.
717 tq @4600/4700
700 hp @ 6000
557 pump gas
A460 block
SCJB's
Scat forged crank/rods
Diamond pistons
1050 QF carb
TFS mafia intake
Lem special solid roller cam
This not a balls to walls build as it is a street/strip car for the next 3 years. I used forged bottom end for the future ( alky or turbo )
Should be a hand full on the street
Thanks to Lem, Oakley and the crew at Automotive Machine and Performance.

Re: Ugly engine at Phillip's
The timing info is incorrect.....it's 32* not 34*.
