New to me car
Its not new, but it is new to me, so that still counts. This is replacing the bronco, I tried for 4 years to do a family dune ride that I could race to, but it just didn't work.
The body is a '48 Fiat, chassis is a Mark Williams funny car chassis, all chromoly, with a Mark Williams rear end. Aerospace engineering disk brakes on all 4, NHRA cert to 6.00, Weld spindle mounts up front with 16x16 double bead locks out back. Slicks are 34.5 casings.
Plans call for a bbf/glide combo, with some 34.5x17 scoops out back, thinking about a 6.30 gear too. Its gonna be a year or so before it hits the track, but I'm looking forward to it.
