F@#$ing thieves
I hate f@#$ing thieves! My son needed the garage so we put my wagon outside, had all the front sheet metal, bumpers and my manual rack piled in the back. This morning I looked at it and all the doors were open and everything was gone. Hundreds in parts for $10 in scrap. I'm so pissed! How can these guys walk with balls that big?

Car was locked but they saw those aluminum bumpers and that's a $10 dollar bill. Ironically they put up huge new neighborhood watch signs last week, big deal. Screw this place, I'm moving!

I'm thinking put out some valuable metal bait and watch from the dark with a base ball bat. Call the cops after I lump them up a little.

Re: F@#$ing thieves
From what I have heard you might be better off beating the crap out of them and not calling the police. The thugs may end up owning everything you have.
My personal opinion about what to do with thieves may some day be self incriminating, so I'll keep it to myself

tell me about it, just had my new TIG welder stolen the other night. You should have seen the cops eyes when I said that I hope they come back so I can shoot them. I don't want to kill but make them hurt for a while. hehe

Not a good idea, had a cop tell me one time, that you don't want anyone left to testify against you in court. One side to the story.....yours! You were in fear for your life until the last one hit the dirt.

Sorry to hear that Mike. I really don't know what I will do if I catch someone in the act. I will probably be in Jail afterwards.

They dissolve faster if you cut them up in tiny pieces

Re: F@#$ing thieves
A couple years ago, an elderly couple went missing for over a year. They found them over a year later. The couple was out for a drive in their vehicle and for some reason ended up in a deep pond, and weren't found until it was pumped out for irrigation. Stuff like that happens with some frequency in the midwest.

I hate this for you. There is only one way to stop a thief........I just hope if it ever happens to me I don't ever run across my stuff again. I'm afraid I would do something I might regret

Re: F@#$ing thieves
Even worse than loosing the parts is having to replace them. Fairmonts are pretty much extinct and finding replacement parts in as good condition around here will be next to impossible. Any help you guys can give in finding two clean fenders and more importantly a NICE rear bumper will be greatly appreciated. I've got a couple of good front bumpers and some crappy fenders but I'd rather not have to patch up some rusty fenders if I can get a couple of clean ones, the rear bumper is gonna be the hardest part.

Re: F@#$ing thieves
Have you called or gone by the closest recycling center? My stepfather bought an old quarry and has be cutting up the old equipment a little at a time. Well, without fail somebody will come down a take something. Well with most thieves being stupid, they sell it at the scrap yard on the way to town.... and he gets them arrested everytime......

Yes I do Bob, let me know the details. I need both fenders, a good rear bumper, good tail lights, and back up light lenses.
