OK, I NEED some pushrods!!!
Here our the #'s I got for pushrod lengths on my scj heads with HS S-4073 rockers, IN/8.915 and EX/9.120 so I need something close to that, what is available and who has them. I need asap

In the past, those numbers would be good at zero lash or a slight preload as with a hydraulic lifter.
They are usually a bit shorter when lash is introduced so, be aware.
Off the shelf pushrods are usually sold in .050" length differences. I can get you any size you want from Trend; off the shelf is today but, customs are a week or more to get done.

on the head with .026 lash installed. Jon Kaase told me to set the flat part of rocker parralel to retainer and take measurement as well as ck how the roller tip contacts valve. So that is what I got with this camshaft profile and adjustable pushrod checker. At half lift the pushrod is square to rocker.Curt wrote:Where did you get those lenghts?

Ok, I will double ck and see if I can go with an 8.900/ and 9.100

u can google OE push rod in mt. clemens mi. they will have your push rod or can make them. price is good too they are a manufacturer of push rods for lots company and are used by many engine builders.

Tip...... You should to order them thru someone who knows what to get. Pushrods aren't just pushrods, you need to know what materials, thickness, tips, oil holes, ect to order.

Yes get the 3/8 but make sure you have 3/8 guide plates on the heads
