Who puts together a nice *Street* carb?

Since my Cougar is going to be down for winter anyway, I may as well get it tuned properly, and I figured this would be a good way to start.

Mild torquey 500 HP 4.3 stroke setup. I've got a new Holley 850cfm vac that I picked up for cheap from a forum member that I thought I could send out.

Sending out your 850 is definetly a good option also pro forum and quick fuel both have some nice street series carbs
