Re: 460 headers
The label says ADT. I bought it several years ago for just under $200. It is the typical Asian junk...the casters are carp. After I replaced the casters and shimmed the gearbox, it is great. A strong stand that folds up for storage. Its great to turn the crank for just the right angle and no danger of a heavy BB getting away from you. The only down side is that the head is not removable for bolting to the block. The traditional stand allows you to remove the head and bolt it to the block then you can just slide the head and block into the stand. Another feature is the height...it is taller than most and much taller than the cheap ones. I am tall and it killed my back hunching over those short ones. All in all...great stand. It is my primary. Everytime that I have more than one project going, I consider buying another one. Even thought the price is twice that of a typical stand, I would buy another. If I remember correctly, Matco offers one as well as Summit and/or Jegs.res0rli9 wrote:Where did you get that engine stand and what was the $
Disclaimer--stand is in the picture but is NOT included in the sale nor is it being offered for sale.

The primary tubes are 2"OD, the secondaries are 2-1/4" and the collectors, exhaust pipe, mufflers, and turn downs are 3". I forgot to measure the H pipe. Used but still in good condition.

Re: 460 headers
Unfortunately, I don't know. Some kind of tube chassis I'm sure. With them on an engine, they come out perpendicular to the block and sweep out and togather about 3-4" behind the engine mounts. The engine would have to be set back from any remotely stock location. I bought these to build a tube chassis around the headers. The last car, I had custom headers built around the car. It cost me over $1800. I found these headers and thought that it would be cheaper to build the chassis around the headers. I'm running out of time and am not going to get to this project. I sure would like to see someone use these. Of course...they look cool on the wall too!!!jbozzelle wrote:What were the chassis headers built for?

Re: 460 headers
Gary,
I think the stainless chassis headers you have may work on Reds 61 Falcon, We would buy them if we were sure they could be made to fit.
How opposed to shipping them to me would you be and me pay shipping both ways if we cant use them and pay you for them if they do.
I won't modify them or anything unless I pay you for them.
Just thought I would ask, I understand if you don't want too.
Thanks,
