10.09 didn't miss it by much but I know how hard it is to shave off just that little bit keep working you will get there

You said the track prep was bad right? If thats the case, you should be into the 9's no problem on a good track. Your so close you can almost taste it!!

When i put the new springs on the heads it will be in the 9s even with bad prep i think what was worse was that it wound out before the stripe a hair past the 1000ft mark. Its dead at 6 to 6100 but on the motor its perfect it crosses the finish at 6100 so with a 150 shot it was at 6100 way before the finish line.
