Need imput from those who plan on attending the Powered By Ford Race

I need imput on whether a saturday or sunday race date would be better ASAP Bj emailed me tonight that I need pick a date so please let me know.

I am not sure of the available dates yet but need some imput ASAP.

Most who travel would probably prefer a Saturday date, but it doesn't matter to me.

June 2, 3, 30

July 1, 14

Aug 25,26

Sep 15, 16, 27, 28

Oct 20, 21, 28

I was hoping for August 25th to make it an annuual event and it does not interfere with Fun Ford Weekend as they race the weekend before and after that, but NMCA is having a CobraJet Drag team race in Milan Michigan that weekend.

not that anyone gives a rats ass what i think but i really liked the weather we had last aug. jun july is either hot as hell or rainy in ill. fwiw, zbob/

I am at a loss right now the Aug 25th seems to be the best date but Cordova is having their World Series of Drag Racing that weekend. But any of the other dates their are Ford races and NHRA races close to the area so no matter what I am gonna be competing with other events.

I am also trying to be considerate of the southern NHRA races as I am hoping to get some of the KY crews up here as well to make this a great event.

What about September 15th?

It may help he emailed back ok for the 25th as I was emailing him about the 15th of Sept so I will see in the morning it will either be August 25th or Sept 15th. Whichever datewe get, we need to make a good showing this year with a big car count!!!
