Blake thanks for pointing that out I will have to go add that info, I am from WI but been racing at Byron for 14 years. To me Byron is my home track Ron and BJ have always been good to deal with. It would be great if we can get some of you guys up here if not just for the race but to meet everyone. I am sure those of us from around here that can get the time off work or afford to make the trip will attend your event and I hope those of the southern group that can will attend mine.

I am planning on coming and I imagine some will come with me. We don't have any 1320ft (thats 1/4 mile for you northern guys) around here. The closest one is Bowling Green Ky. My old 86 had her tongue hanging out when it crossed the strip about 7850 rpm.
I enjoy racing but I enjoy it more when its with the guys on our forum. That's one reason I am trying to get the Dirt guys to come to this race, they never get to run their stuff with us drag racers.
I hope both will be a success.

Thanks Blake and good luck with yours Byron has more than enough acreage to have a mud drag as well but I do not think Ron or BJ would be too keen on it but never hurts to ask. If I can I will make yours.

Still working on a lot of the details. Friday night T&T, Saturday will open early with Swap Meet and Vendors Row, DBR Performance will be there with their chassis dyno, There will be a FOX body car show, and of course all Ford Drag Racing all day !!! Looking into a Ford Only Mean Street style heads up race ( more to come on that ) , if any of the vendors are interested in this race or sponsorship for any of the race classes shoot me or Blake an email and I can explain further, many more details to come later as details are firmed up. The goal is to make this a weekend to remember and the FIRST ANNUAL !! rushunt @ lorettotel.net

Hey Rick, Harold or DanO
Can me and Wesley stay with one of you guys as we pass that way a day earlier? It would be nice to break up some of that driving time. I just want to have this as an option.
I don't know if the rest of my family is coming yet, if they do then we will just drive straight through...
Thanks, D

You got it big guy, but Dan-o left the room with a strange odor in it, Sheila said it must have burnt into the paint.

D ,your always welcome. I may just stay in Bowling Green for a couple of days after the HotRod Reunion and go on to Tennesee from there? If nothing breaks,I'll already be half way with the motorhome and trailer.

You guys can stay here at my house. I have plenty of room for the car trailor and extra bed rooms. I'm about an hour east of Cincinnati so it isn't too far out of the way.

I'll bring him if I have to tow him and his car up there myself! Dad has a Powerstroke, too.

Ah-h-h......This is huge. I've been largely absent from the forum lately, but I have managed to get the Maverick DANGEROUSLY CLOSE to ready. This would be a great time for its debut.
Blake, let me know if there's any way I can help out.
