Would gasket matching the a460
intake ports be worth any hp? I did a search but havent ran across anything yet.

If the whole intake tract ends-up looking like a snake who swallowed a mouse; no.

Lol! I heard that. I think they did pretty good. I polished on in about two inches and have cartridge rolled the roughness in the ports. Now i want to do away with the clover and square up the flange. I guess a jig saw and some grinding will solve that?
