Any feedback on the Crower Severe Duty Z-bar roller lifter? I bought a set, but have not pulled the motor yet for freshening. They look nice, just wondering if anybody else is using them.

I havent followed your build, z bar is hemi, straight bar is for wedge, unless these fit both without touching the pushrods? check to be safe

Whoops! It's wedge. I was wondering about that tie bar arrangement. I never saw where they were listed for hemi until you replied, I confirmed on Crower's website. Fook Sad

I have used the "retro" style roller lifeters in 5.0 , 331 & 347 builds for customers before and never had a problem with them yet . I have used both Crower and Comp and both have served the customers very well . I have used Crower cams and products since the early 1970's and never had any problems with their products and will gladely use them again .
Just make sure the "bar" goes to the inside position towards the cam and not towards the head .

Which heads are you running?

For me the z-bar would work better then the straight bar on a A460 head.
