PCV valve question
Are they all created equal? Is there anything a person needs to look for when buying one.
Thanks

Re: PCV valve question
I have been told that the Ford ones are higher quality than the china made deals. Apparently they control the vac better.

Seems to be the norm with everything Chinese.

Re: PCV valve question
There is more to it. PCV valves are "rated" for the cubic inch size of the engine. IF you look at one for a PINTO, it's noticeably smaller orifice than one for a 460. Buy one that matches, as close as you can, the size of your motor. Applications are usually printed on the back of the package.
