Gasoline. Magnafuel 500 pump, -10 feed, -8 on the bypass, -6 to the carbs and n20 fuel. Magnafuel regulators although I will be switching both n20 regs to Holley

What if you are running 8an for feed and return on a smaller engine would that be ok ?

Aeromotive A2000 pump with -10 line to the reg and -8 to the carb on the motor side, -8 from the pump bypass back to the tank. Holley blue pump with -8 lines to the bypass reg and -6 to the solenoid on the nitrous side, -8 back from bypass reg to the the tank. Both regs are Aeromotive.
Oh, and this is feeding my little 466

Should be fine on the feed but it really comes down to volume needed for said application. -8 is the minimum for the bypass/return side. I just finished a 68 mustang with a 427w and I used -10 feed but -8 would have been fine. I just did it for growth purposes as the guy wants to now put an F2 on it....

FYI - An undersized return will make it difficult or impossible to get the fuel pressure down. I had a -8 feed and -6 return and could not get the fuel pressure below 10-12 psi.

My return an feed are both 8an and fuel psi is 7.5 with a mallory pump and regulator. Could this cause a lean condition on top end pull ?

-10 from fuel cell to first filter (100 micron) which is mounted directly to pump (Aeromotive A1000), -10 to second filter (10 micron), -10 to bypass four port regulator (Aeromotive 2000), -6's to carbs, and -8 return to the fuel cell which enters from the top of the cell with a hard line inside to the bottom of the cell. I also have a pressure gauge in the return side to keep tabs on that side of the system, stays between .5 to 1 psi .

It looks like I copied your system except I dont have the return line in the cell. It is needed when the cell is 1/2 empty to stop pulling air in.
Did you have the same problem?

No! I don't remember where I read it, but there was an article about building up a static charge from pumping fuel in from the top of the fuel cell. The main reason I did it was to keep from aerating the fuel. If you look at factory installations the return line goes to the bottom, at least it did on the factory pumps I have replaced.
Re: what fuel systems do you guys run?? and what size line?
Aeromotive A2000, -10 line to pro stock regulator, -8 lines to carb. -8 return from pump to fuel cell. I am going to add a Y - block and a second aeromotive regulator for the nitrous system.
