Private test session 6-22-12, US 43 Dragway for the BBF Shootout

Here is what we can do on Friday the 22nd.

The gates will be opened @ noon for parking. For 429-460 members only, we will run 3.5 - 4 hours of private testing and grudge racing on Friday, June 22nd. We will need at least 25 cars to confirm, then it's a done deal.

The cost will be $50 per car, which will cover the private test session as well as Friday night T&T/Grudge racing. This will only add an extra $30 to your Friday tech card. So basically, you're getting a private track rental for $30 per car! Spectator admission will be $10 per person and will cover Friday night as well.

Might be able to get DBR High Performance to get the dyno challenge started Friday as well.

Remember, we need AT LEAST 25 confirmed before this can happen.

See Andy ... what you'll get is that some people can't commit their car to the session however, they WILL pay the money just to be sure that the Friday time will be available.

Andy, if you don't get enough cars for the Friday afternoon test session, let me know. I will see about my company picking up the remainder of what you need to make it happen.

For the record, we will be going ahead with the Friday test session!

We will be opening the gates @ 12:00 noon and start running cars @ 1:00pm and stop @ 5:00pm. Our regular TnT/Grudge racing will get back on the track @ 6:30 - 7:00.

No pre-entry will be required, pay at the gate.

I think Friday evening would most likely be the best time to have the crawfish/shrimp boil. The perfect time would be during the down time between the test session and TnT.
