528 FRSCJ headed 70 Torino Cobra
Just thought I share this
Motor is a 521 built by CarsbyCarl and pretty much all the rest done by me save for paint. I stripped the car built a rotissorie for it and put it all back together.
Just got it running Monday and now all I really need to do is find a shop to install the exhuast.
I am running 3 inch Ultra Flows but my biggest challenge is finding a exhaust shop in the arae that does mandrel bending.
I live in the Nashville area so if anyone can recommend a shop around here that would be great.
I have talked to Ray's custom exhaust in Murfreesboro and he says he can't bend 3 inch past about 100 degrees Also to talked to a shop in Smyrna by the name od Gold street auto who says he does mandrel and will do it for 200 but that makes me wonder if he is any good.
Thanks for any help offered!

Beautiful car, and beautiful installation in the engine compartment.
Now then, where-abouts in Mt. Juliet? My daughter works for a church there on Hwy 70 called The Bridge Fellowship.

I live not to far from there I'm just south of 70 and just east of Mt. Juliet Rd. not far from the new MJ High school actually between the new one and the old one.

Re: 528 FRSCJ headed 70 Torino Cobra
The place where I would start is right there in town. Call Gary Jennings Racecars (615)754-9381, or go by,,,,3861 Old Lebanon Dirt Rd. Have Gary do it and/or take his suggestion on whom to do it.
Hope this helps,
Charlie

Call Four Way muffler in Gallatin. Talk to Shawn. He's the owner. They do great work very reasonable. Tell him Frank Webb sent you. He's done a number of vehicles for me.

Re: 528 FRSCJ headed 70 Torino Cobra
Here are a couple new pics i have been driving kind of alot and have about 300 miles on it. Been trying to get it broke in and need to do some tuning on it. It runs real rough up top but runs great down low. I think the iginition is weak or just not set-up very good.
I did do one good burn out and bent the carp out of my axle perches. I have since repaired that.
