My first 9 second pass
I did two 1/4 mi passes but had to abort the first one just after the 1/8 th because the car drifted left and I may have over corrected and it got alittle squirrelly I thought I was going to end up in the right lane but didn't My tire psi was down to about 9 1/2 lbs (no tubes) I went back to the pits and upped it to 12 lbs and ran it again.
I met Dave De (a member here) at the track and we did some testing. These two passes were him and me running against each other. I'm car 25 and he is car 27. Dale aka quick52 was there also spectating. We had a good time. It was the first time I met Dave in person, we've talked on the phone and pm'd each other several times. Dave's a stand up guy His car slowed down on our last pass.....sounds like trans or convertor went south But he still beat me to the stripe He shot some video for me I see if I can posted it later.
The car ran pretty consistent times. Did four 1/8 mi passes 6.31, 6.32, 6.33, 6.34 The above 1/8th time was 6.36 and the 1/4 pass I aborted it did a 6.29 1/8th. Before today the car ran mid 6.40 1/8th times. Still need to get my 60' times down.
My aborted 1/4 pass. Had a nice 1/8th time...wonder what the 1/4 time would of been

Mike,
I had a great time even thou I lost the tranny, the fluid is black and smells smoked. The camera video is bad I should have brought the better camera, next time I guess. I'm thinking your car has 9.60's in it when the suspension is sorted out. Anytime you are going to the track let me know and I'll try to go. It was nice for Dale (Quick52) to show up as well. You have a great set-up with the Mustang for a good year of testing and a little racing.
Dave
