New to fourm here with a Falcon in Texas Empty New to fourm here with a Falcon in Texas

Hey I'm new to the whole big block thing. I have a 64 falcon 2 door post and looking to set a 521 - 557 down in it for some street and strip action. I'm not new to performance engines just to big block fords. I have done my fair share of small block fords and have even put together a 461ci small block windsor cranking out just shy of 900hp straight motor. But nows it time to start a new chapter. What I have right now is the Falcon with a Hiedts mustangII already installed and a 4 link rear setup. I also have a set of new cobra jet heads bare, Not SCJ's. As it stands right now I have no other info on what these heads are. Anyways I will be asking lots of questions and some may seem dumb, but please just endulge me. I will return with questions but in the mean time maybe someone ca help me with information on the heads. thanks Tony

Welcome to the Forum, the Falcon will be fun w/521. I assume you have the A429 head. its a great head and will produce good results. We are all ears to your ???'s.

I do not know which heads they are. I just know they are aluminum and have Motorsport Cobra Jet casted in each end of the head.

Good looking Falcon you have there. Looks like I'll be leaning towards the 521 also. I picked up an Offy tunnel ram to go on top of every thing. I'm thinking I'll do an E-85 system for fuel.
